Hello again, this is Pastor Blake. Today, we’re exploring a pivotal moment in the early church—Peter’s rooftop vision and his subsequent meeting with Cornelius. This encounter changes the course of Christian history, highlighting God’s desire for all people to experience His grace.

Let’s open our hearts to the ways God might be challenging our own boundaries, teaching us to love and include others just as He does.

Begin this time pondering the following questions:

1. What are you thankful for today?

2. What burdens, fears, or areas of sin do you need to release to God today?

Now, let’s ask God to help us find HOPE in Him today:

“Lord, open my heart and mind to Your Word today. Help me to see the hope You have for me in these pages. Shine Your light on every truth, and guide me to understand, trust, and apply what You reveal. May Your presence transform my heart and fill me with the hope only You can give. Amen.”

Today's Devotional:
God orchestrates two visions: one for Peter and one for Cornelius. Peter’s vision of “unclean” animals challenges his deeply held cultural assumptions, and Cornelius—a Gentile—receives a divine message to seek out Peter. Through this story, we witness God’s plan to unite people from all backgrounds under the banner of His redemptive love.

This passage shows us that the gospel transcends cultural and social barriers. Sometimes, we too need a shift in perspective to see that God’s grace extends beyond our comfort zone. When we step out in faith, we discover that God is already preparing hearts—ours included—to embrace His inclusive and transformative love.
